Trust Center

How 4Anox handles privacy, logging, security, and account rights — in plain language.

Trust Center

4Anox VPN is built around four principles: Privacy, Speed, Simplicity, and Trust.

This Trust Center explains — in plain language — how 4Anox handles your data, what we log, how you cancel or delete your account, and how to contact us. We aim for the same clarity you expect from leading VPN brands, without fear-based marketing or claims we cannot prove.

What you will find here

  • Privacy Policy — how personal data is processed
  • Terms of Service — rules for using 4Anox
  • Logging Policy — what we keep and what we do not
  • Security — how the product is designed to protect traffic
  • Servers — where connections exit and how we list locations
  • Delete account — how to remove your account
  • Cancel subscription — manage Play / App Store billing
  • Refunds — how store-mediated refunds work
  • Contact — support, privacy, and security channels

Our commitments

  1. No destination logging in product analytics — we do not collect the websites or apps you visit through the VPN for marketing or profiling.
  2. Honest connection states — the app shows real Connected / Connecting / Failed states, not fake threat counters.
  3. Clear free vs paid limits — freemium locations and device caps are disclosed; limits can be adjusted by operations without hiding the rules.
  4. Easy cancel — subscriptions are managed through Google Play or the App Store; we do not use dark-pattern cancel flows.
  5. Store-policy honesty — Play / App Store privacy declarations must match this Trust Center.

What we do not claim

We do not promise complete anonymity, “military-grade” protection, guaranteed streaming access, or that a VPN makes you invisible online. A VPN encrypts your traffic to our servers and changes your apparent IP for that session — it is one tool among many for everyday privacy.
