Delete your account
You can request deletion of your 4Anox account and associated personal data.
In the Android app (Wave A)
- Open Settings (or Account).
- Choose Delete account (wording may vary slightly by build).
- Confirm the prompt.
- Sign out completes when deletion is accepted by our API.
If the in-app path is unavailable in your build, use email below.
By email
Send a request from the email on your account to privacy@4anox.com with subject Account deletion request and your account email / user id if known.
What we delete
- Account profile and auth credentials we control
- Device registrations tied to your account
- Support tickets we can safely purge after retention windows
What may remain
- Google Play billing records (held by Google / required for tax and disputes)
- Anonymized or aggregated metrics that no longer identify you
- Data subject to a legal hold
Timeline targets will be stated in the counsel-approved Privacy Policy (typically measured in days, not months, unless a hold applies).

Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Play subscription. Cancel in Google Play first — see Cancel subscription.
